I have been pleasantly surprised at her professionalism and would recommend her to other landlords who are frustrated at having to continually follow up their property manager (as long as Mellisa doesn’t then become too overworked)!


Suggest Mellisa gets promoted and her budget increased so she can hire and train a team to her high standards.
